There was no missing The Bachelor favourite Sophie Tieman, or that huge diamond on her ring finger, out in Bondi on Friday night.

The 27-year-old couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she stepped out with her mysterious fiancé Joe for a date night to Mexican restaurant Calita.

After first revealing that she’d found (post-Honey Badger) love back in March 2019, Sophie has kept their relationship super low-key and only showed Joe’s face on her Insta a couple of times.

Until December that is, when she announced they were getting married and offered up a little more of a personal life with fans and followers.

‘I spy with my little eye..?? It’s a yes to forever,’ she posted, just a few weeks before Christmas.

All we know about Joe is he’s a property valuer, he’s not an influencer or big on social media and he’s lucky that he’ll one day get to call Sophie his wife.
