Throughout December, we’re going to be taking a deep dive back through some of Australian reality TV’s most memorable moments in what we’ve dubbed #NostalgiaMonth.
And to kick things off, we thought we’d see what happened to the original Bachelor mansion in Sydney’s Bayview, before Channel 10 moved production to Hunters Hill, and then Glenorie to finally Oxford Falls, where it’s been since 2018.
The original mansion, where Tim Robards met wife Anna Heinrich, was actually sold by its most recent owner, freight tycoon Clive Thomas, for a huge $9.5million just a couple of weeks ago.
And without The Bachelor’s set designer covering every room with candles, fairy-lights and huge floral displays, it’s barely recognisable from the dating show. Take a look below…
