It’s been three years now since Brooke Blurton quit Nick ‘The Honey Badger’ Cummins’ season of The Bachelor, and the drama is back with a bang.
During an interview on Abbie Chatfield’s It’s A Lot podcast this week, Brooke explained that despite the pair going a looong time with no contact, Nick actually blocked her on Instagram in January.

When asked about Nick, here’s what Brooke told Abbie on the latest ep of her It’s A Lot podcast:
‘He just blocked me … we had no communication in the last couple of years, and I’ve loved it because I’ve been able to move past that part of my life. My friend [commented] on his Australia Day post, “Aren’t you glad you dodged a bullet?” and then I wrote, “#oath”. And he just blocked me.’
Back in January, Nick sparked debate by sharing a post on Australia Day that read: ‘We are all visitors to this time, this place. We are just passing through. Our purpose here is to observe, to learn, to grow, to love… and then we return home.’

It received a mixed response, with one follower commenting: ‘Pls Nick! From an Indigenous person…..pls do heaps less! You have no idea what you’re doing…..and it shows.’
Nick commented back: ‘There’s always people who see it differently, all the best.’
