It’s hard to believe that Sam Frost’s media career started on The Bachelor back in 2014.
Whereas many stars from the dating show fail to do much more than promote protein powder on Instagram afterwards, the beauty is now killing it as an actress all these years later.
The 31-year-old was recently pictured shooting upcoming Home and Away scenes at Sydney’s Palm Beach on both July 31 and August 11.
Sam joined the cast of Home and Away as Jasmine Delaney in December 2017.
We spotted her filming alongside co-stars Shane Withington and Luke Arnold recently, as the Channel Seven soap continues production following a brief coronavirus shutdown.
The blonde found fame on Blake Garvey’s season of The Bachelor in 2014. Following their split she became The Bachelorette in 2015.
