Married At First Sight is officially back.
Production on the Channel Nine reality show’s eighth season is now in full swing over in Sydney, and it seems there’s already plenty of drama.
After all saying ‘I do’ to their matches several weeks ago, the new couples were papped arriving at the show’s studio warehouse to film the first dinner party on Wednesday afternoon.
And one bride arrived solo, before then slamming her car door shut and stomping inside.

At present, the only confirmed cast member is Hit 104.7 Canberra radio host Bryce Ruthven.
Channel Nine recently revealed that season eight, which will start airing around January, is going to be a lot different to previous seasons.
At their annual Upfronts event in September, the network said the new cast are ‘the most genuine’ yet and are ‘looking for love, not fame’.
Meanwhile, the coronavirus pandemic forced producers to cast the entire season over Zoom – and production has been scaled down somewhat to prevent the spread of the virus.
Another big change on the new season is the fact Dr Trish Stratford will not be returning as a relationship expert.
She will be replaced by Puerto Rican sexologist Alessandra Rampolla, who will join Mel Schilling and John Aiken.
Alessandra currently boasts almost 700,000 Instagram followers.
‘I am thrilled to be joining John and Mel in Australia’s biggest social experiment. With my particular expertise, I hope to contribute to the complex mix of components that ensure marriages not only work but thrive in the long haul,’ sexologist Alessandra recently said.
‘One of my strongest core beliefs is that sexual expression and compatibility are vital in building, nourishing and maintaining healthy romantic relationships, and it is my pleasure to help guide our participants in balancing this important factor in their brave quest for love.’
