I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Up To Northern NSW!
According to TV Tonight, next year’s season of I’m A Celeb is going to be pre-recorded in a national park just north of Murwillumbah, from mid-November to December
They reckon it’ll then air on Channel 10 in its usual January slot, as they can obv no longer hop over to South Africa to film live, like every other year.
However, there will be a live studio finale, that’ll be voted for by the public, similar to how Channel Seven’s Big Brother reboot worked this year.
It’s claimed our Aussie lot will shoot at the UK version of the show’s custom built set in Springbrook National Park. This year, I’m A Celeb UK is filming at a remote castle in Wales.
Channel 10’s Head of Entertainment Stephen Tate recently told Mediaweek: ‘The fact that we won’t have a time difference that Africa gave us will mean the show will need to be prerecorded.
‘We have some exciting and very funny creative solutions around that. ITV has come up with some brilliant ideas and I can’t wait for the audience to see them.’
