Nasser Sultan is determined to make sure the spotlight stays on him.
After making his TV debut on Married At First Sight in 2018, the 52-year-old has since appeared on both Trial By Kyle and First Dates – with cameos on Pawn Stars Australia and Bondi Rescue too.
And on Wednesday, Nasser spoke to The Wash about his latest role, an unscripted series called Fab or Drab – which he co-hosts with two friends, Russian model Irina and social media guru Hayley Hughes.
Here’s what he tells us about the new venture:
‘A producer Tom Dennis approached me and said he wanted to make a a bit of a controversial show that’s completely unedited and not scripted, that talks about trending topics. We talk about fashion, we talk about beards, and what we think of man buns. We’ve already done about six episodes. We will release a new episode every week. If it works and goes well, Tom [The producer] is going to send it to Ireland, the UK and Italy in hopes to get on their version of the Lifestyle Channel. At the moment people can watch us on YouTube. I talk a lot about reality TV, what makes you want to go on a reality show, and how to deal with the affects of it all after the show. We are all really excited and Australia and the world should be too!’
