If you’ve ever fancied getting yourself on a reality show like Married At First Sight, these pictures might have you thinking twice about that.

Whereas everything may look lovely and romantic on TV, what you rarely see is the camera guy in the couples’ faces, the bloke holding a boom mic above them and the producer(s) stood inches away, guiding the whole scene with a few lil pep talks.

And in all honesty… it looks exhausting?
